Nourish Yourself
Changing Your Relationship with Food to Live the Life You Want

with Jeanette Bronée

Our passion for food and our need for nourishment is a deeply intimate relationship with Self that reflects who we are and how we want to live our lives better.
— Jeanette Bronée

Nourishment is so much more than what is on your plate—it’s about transforming your relationship with yourself, your body, and your food.

We all want to feel amazing, vibrant, and healthy. Simply feeling good on a regular basis seems hard to achieve. So what does it take to live a nourished life? To get healthy or lose weight? To shift out of emotional or impulse eating? To thrive and perform better every day, even when you are tired, stressed, or busy?

In this informative and interactive one-day workshop, Jeanette will guide you on a journey to become mindful of what you need in order to change your habits, and your life. In addition to practicing mindful eating during a healthy midday lunch, you will:

  • Identify your unique food patterns and potential triggers
  • Explore food as a path to self-nourishment
  • Learn to distinguish between your inner critic and your inner coach
  • Get educated about the benefits of a whole-foods approach to eating.

You will leave the workshop with a plan to get healthy and feel good every day, and build the life you want.

Get Inspired!

Could you live stream this one for people who cannot get to Irvington easily? Or do more of these at your NYC showroom? Thank you so much for all the workshops you are offering.

  • Maureen Haworth says:

Interested to hear your talk. I am a so called ‘healthy eater’ but eat more than is necessary.

    • Jeanette says:

Hi Maureen. There is so much confusion out there about what we need and we will instead learn how to connect more with our inner wisdom, which we so often silence instead of listen to 🙂

  • Barbara E says:

Thanks so much for all you do. I live in North Carolina. Is there anyway to livestream these workshops?

  • Jean C says:

Looking forward to this input/sense of direction which I felt I need to keep me on the path of wellness.

  • Carol Reich says:

I have struggled for a very long time with my eating habits. I find that at night I most want to eat. I eat a lot of healthy foods but also not healthy. I find myself putting bad after good. I have been trying to loose five-ten pounds for years and have not been able to do so. I love to eat.

    • Jeanette says:

Hi Carol. Night-time is often the hardest time for most people to stay committed to our intentions and we will talk about that in the workshop 🙂

  • Rosemarie Webb says:

    Looking forward to participating.
