Toni Bergins, MEd, founder and creator of JourneyDance™, has been leading transformational experiences through embodiment and emotional empowerment for 25 years. In addition to teaching regularly at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Omega Institute, Esalen Institute, and Samadhi Yoga, she has led JourneyDance at numerous conferences — Toronto Yoga Conference, Natural Health Conference, World Fitness, and Coca Cola’s Women’s LINC Global Leadership conference. Toni has been featured in Yoga Magazine and FitnessRx and has produced a popular instructional JourneyDance CD, a clothing line, and a set of cards called Love Your Body! Love Your Life!
