Holiday Cheer or Holiday Fear?:
How to Thrive during the Festive Season

Judson Brewer

Are you dreading the holidays?

It’s easy to not feel wonderful at this wonderful time of year: juggling social obligations, eating and drinking too much, overspending, navigating family dynamics, struggling with loneliness and personal loss, and the list goes on.

What if you could come out the other side of the festivities feeling better rather than worse?

Dr. Judson Brewer offers mindfulness tools that can help. An expert in the science of self-mastery, Judson brings over 20 years of mindfulness training and teaching combined with years of research to lead us in this practical but powerful daylong workshop.

You will spend the day building your very own holiday survival guide, learning invaluable tools to help you thrive during the upcoming season (and year-round!). You will:

  • Participate in “resiliency training” to help you bounce back more quickly in the face of challenging situations
  • Discover new ways to foster greater connections with family and friends
  • Practice mindful eating to break the cycle of unhealthy food patterns
  • Learn simple but powerful body-mind exercises that you can use during stressful times.

Join us for this unique mindfulness immersion and enter the festive season ready for joy.
